• Booking Process :
  • Request for room bookings at Hotel Clarks has to be done by sending an email to reserve.blr@clarksexotica.com with a copy to sales.blr@clarksexotica.com
    with the following details :
    Name, Organization, Address, Email, Mobile, Checkin date, Checkout date, Single / Double Occupancy.
  • The request should mention the code “NDECLRK2019” for the hotel to apply the discounted tariffs for the delegates.
  • Payment details and booking confirmation will be provided directly by the hotel to the delegate.
  • Limited number of rooms are available and bookings will be done on first-come-first-serve basis
